Seeing The Band
Can I see The Company Band live?
There will be several opportunities to see the band live. Most clients have booked us based on the audio, video, and reviews they have found on our website. It is most realistic and show a variety of styles. For the privacy of clients, do invite guests with discretion.
Customizing the Band
What band sizes do you offer?
We offer several different ceremony ensembles, Jazz Duo and Trio for cocktail hours, and a 6-12 piece band for the receptions and corporate events. Our 9 piece band is our most popular.
After Booking
What happens after I sign an agreement with you?
You will receive an executed copy of the agreement for your records, our event planning questionnaire, our current song list for review, and a password to your custom planning page on our site.

Song Requests
Do you ever learn special songs?
Yes. We typically learn up to three songs for special dances. Even if we never play your request again, we are happy to learn it free of charge for you. What's important to you is important to us.
Credibility
How long have you been in business?
The Company Band has been in business since 2005, and has performed over 700 spectacular events!
Our Creative Director, Hanoch Hickman, has been performing professionally since 1996 and has done over 1500 successful events.
Sound System
Do you bring your own sound system to the event?
Yes. We provide top-of-line sound for our events. The sound system is set up and tested two hours prior to the start of your event.
Emcee
Do you all do announcements and introductions?
Yes. We emcee your entire event from beginning to end. We also coordinate with you and the event planner to make sure every name is pronounced properly. Our emcee duties go beyond just making announcements. We want to make sure we also coordinate with the photographers, the venue, and caterers to make sure the event runs smoothly.
Agency or Band
Are you an agency or a band?
We are a band. That means that instead of paying an agency fee you can pass those savings on to some more important things for your event.
Insurance
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes. We carry a $3,000,000 policy for each event. Even though we are insured, we encourage our clients to purchase a one day policy for their event. Our insurance will only cover damages related to the band, and performance area.
Attire
What is your band's usual attire?
Black Tie or Event Theme. We usually ask our clients what they prefer for the band to wear.

Band Setup
How much time do you usually need for setup?
Our setup only takes an hour. However, we ask that the venue is available 3 hours before performance for an optimal show. We test sound, lights and electricity to make sure everything runs perfectly.
Band Setup Space
How much space do you usually require?
20 x 12 Stage or performance space is requested. We have played in smaller spaces. This is something we can usually adjust to if we know how much space we are working with before wedding day.
Signage
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?
We do not use a sign or banner. Events we play are all about the our clients and their guests. Most rooms we play in are elegant and well decorated. Our goal is to compliment your event space and make the stage look as elegant as possible.
